Please note all sales are final and cannot be transferred to another class. You may only reschedule once if you show proof of emergency. Any attendees that are a no show are not eligible for a refund.

If you are more than 5 minutes late you will have to reschedule and repay for the class.

Pictures will be taken in class for promotional purposes, if you do not want to be in the pictures, make sure to tell your instructor before the class starts (this is their consent).

If you are disruptive or not being respectful in class to the other people or the CPR equipment you will be asked to leave with no e-card and no refund.

What is your refund policy.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Do I need a provider manual?

All students are required to have a provider manual for their course. If you are taking a blended version of the course, the provider manual is automatically included.

Are your courses Red Cross or American Heart Association?

We offer both ARC and AHA courses. Our courses are separated by each organization to prevent confusion.

Who is the BLS Provider course for?

A BLS Provider course is good for anyone working in the healthcare field. This can be nurses, CNAs, therapists, and more!

Will you come to our location for courses?

Absolutely! We offer onsite training.

When will I get my certification?

We offer same day certification!
